Position Summary:
Ā
The position is responsible for overseeing the progression of several grants/contracts while adhering to each grant/contract's criteria which includes many different reimbursement methods, with widely varied documentation requirements. This position is also responsible for helping develop budgets and overseeing them for existing, multi-year grants/contracts as well as for up to 50 new grant applications annually for several HPC programs.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
⢠Responsible for financial analysis and preparing financial information as required by grants/contracts and as requested by Department Managers and Finance Manager as well as state and federal funders.
⢠Implements and provides staff education and training, as well as updates, on finance policies and procedures to new and existing staff based on regulatory requirements.
⢠Responsible for analyzing and tracking monthly expenditures to ensure proper allocation and to prepare reports and invoices for multiple funders and programs with different requirements.
⢠Participate on special projects as assigned & provide budget and grant/contract information to Grant Manager for grant applications for new and existing funding.
⢠Oversee the preparation of audit documents for Orlando Health auditors and State & Federal auditors.
⢠Responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial reports and budget analysis.
⢠Ensures compliance with contract and statutory requirements.

⢠Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

⢠Attends department meetings and in-services.
Qualifications
Education/Training:
⢠Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or related required.
Ā
Licensure/Certification:
⢠None.
Experience:
⢠Two (2) years of directly work experience.
