Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
Provide outstanding service to Guests, Owners, Team Members, and leadership while supporting a smooth and welcoming sales gallery experience.
Set and update Sales Executive rotations daily, including specialty rotations on effective dates.
Check in Guests and Owners for their sales presentations and assign appropriate Sales Executives using accurate codes.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate extension or department.
Track daily attendance and training attendance accurately.
Take inventory and stock kitchen and guest refreshment supplies, including food, coffee, juice, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and soda.
Assist with extra premiums for all departments and reconcile them nightly.
Support the Sales and Marketing teams by completing administrative tasks and reasonable requests from management that are within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A warm, welcoming smile and friendly demeanor when greeting Guests, Owners, and Team Members.
- Customer service experience is helpful, but we are open to training candidates who are reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a variety of guests and team members.
- Professional appearance and dependable work habits.
- Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office programs and learning internal systems.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and remain calm in a busy guest-facing environment.
- Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays.
It would be helpful if you also have
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, front desk, concierge, call center, or another customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with the local area, including activities, restaurants, and destinations that may be helpful to guests.
