Qualifications:Â
Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.
Previous deep cleaning or custodial experience preferred.
Familiarity with HOTSOS, Wet/Dry Vacuums, Floor Scrubbers, Ride on Floor Carpet Cleaner, Carpet Shampooers/Extractors preferred.     Â
Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment.
Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders, and guests.  Â
Position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
Position requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling 100+ pounds repetitively throughout shift.
Position requires the ability to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time as needed.
Responsible to prepare deep cleaning rooms as assigned, sanitizes bathrooms, clean wall spots, high dusting, windows and mirrors according to Loews Standards within shift time requirements and completes special cleaning projects as assigned.Â
Report any maintenance issues according to Loews standards.Â
Uses proper chemicals when cleaning as described by the department procedures and safety regulations.Â
Thorough knowledge of proper carpet and upholstery care policies and procedures and observes guidelines for using and maintaining all pertinent equipment.Â
