About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our corporate People & Culture team and support multiple business units across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, and helping managers and employees navigate the day-to-day moments that matter.
Â
In this role, you’ll focus on employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and program execution — helping ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and thoughtfully across the organization. You won’t be siloed to one location or function, and you won’t own recruiting or onboarding. Instead, you’ll play a key role in supporting HRBPs and bringing HR strategy to life through strong execution.
Â
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Corporate HR Generalist, you’ll provide centralized support across multiple teams and functions, including:
- Supporting performance management processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, documentation, and corrective actions
- Assisting with employee relations matters by helping identify issues, gather documentation, coordinate investigations, and support resolution planning under HRBP guidance
- Partnering with managers and employees to clarify policies, expectations, and best practices
- Assisting with the rollout, administration, and communication of HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Supporting training initiatives by coordinating sessions and resources aligned to business needs
- Assisting HRBPs and managers with employee terminations, including documentation preparation and coordination with Legal and Centers of Expertise
- Processing and supporting HRIS transactions to ensure accurate and timely updates related to job changes, compensation, and organizational changes
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up actions
- Participating in HR-led and cross-functional projects, providing execution support and follow-through
Â
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with:
- HR Business Partners (your primary partners)
- People & Culture Centers of Expertise (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Learning & Development)
- Leaders across various business units and corporate functions
- Corporate shared services and cross-functional teams as needed
Â
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is confident, organized, and people-focused — someone who can balance empathy with structure and follow-through.
Â
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- A strong foundation in employee relations and performance management
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems and generating reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team
Â
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- HR certification (PHR or similar) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Â
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based in a shared work environment
- Regular use of standard office tools and HR systems
- Work schedules may occasionally exceed 40 hours based on business needs
Â
Why This Role Matters
