Description

The services offered by the Agency I/R Specialist include, but are not limited to, 

the following:

  • Perform Arthrex’s standard preventative maintenance services on all Synergy 
  • imaging and OR integration equipment to keep the products in good operating condition
  • Help coordinate, facilitate, and participate in local and corporate events
  • Assist with Territory case management and logistics 
  • Represent Arthrex Orlando as a leader in our industry and the marketplace  (Video, Power, and other key products) by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals (CEOs, CFOs, Hospital administrators, etc).

Provide Arthrex software upgrades as available;

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues related to Synergy equipment in accordance with Arthrex’s User Manuals, Equipment Set-Up Guides, and written specifications
  • Document equipment service results in order to maintain accurate quality records
  • Educate Customer staff on the safe and effective use of Arthrex Synergy products
  • Coordinate the repair, replacement, and/or return of Arthrex products that require service directly through Arthrex
  • Implementation and installation of Customer’s purchases of new products and/or additional purchases from Arthrex, including setting up equipment and software
  • Other services may be authorized and approved by Arthrex Corporate offered to Customers.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident, self-assured, and comfortable with independent action
  • Demonstrates initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Ability to react and adjust quickly to change and come up with practical ideas for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform detailed work accurately
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in the Bio-Skills Lab with knowledge of anatomy, positioning equipment, instrumentation, implants, and surgical procedures.
  • Flexibility with schedule as the position requires some nights and weekends
  • Ability to work autonomously when needed 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
