Lead a team that changes lives. We seek a Lead Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist to provide Orientation and Mobility Services. Provide supervision, positive example, and support for Orientation and Mobility Team.  Assist in ensuring that all Orientation and Mobility instruction meets the needs of the clients.  Lead efforts to identify and effectively implement improvements to the organization’s ability to provide effective O&M services. As a Manager of Youth Services, you’ll lead a team dedicated to transforming lives across Central Florida.   What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop our Orientation and Mobility Team Oversee O&M curricula, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and impactful service delivery Drive program improvements, innovation, and growth aligned with community needs Provide direct client support and assessments Evaluate new and emerging advancements in the field to determine accessibility and compatibility with current training QualificationsWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field 2+ years’ experience working with individuals with visual impairments (or other disabilities) Strong leadership, team-building, and curriculum development Passion for mission-driven work and improving lives   Certification: COMS   Why Join Us?
