PositionSummary:
The LeadElectrician is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing dailyelectrical installation activities in the field while actively performingelectrical work. This individual serves as a working leader who providesdirection to Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices, ensures adherence toproject schedules, maintains high-quality workmanship, and promotes a cultureof safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Essential Functions:
- 路聽Leadand coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on commercial constructionprojects.
路聽Planwork assignments and ensure labor, materials, tools, and equipment are utilizedefficiently.
路聽Install,maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems in accordance with theNational Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and project specifications.
路聽Readand interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, electrical schematics,specifications, and construction documents.
路聽Installconduit systems including EMT, Rigid, PVC, MC Cable, and associated racewaysystems.
路聽Install,terminate, and troubleshoot electrical equipment including switchgear, panels,transformers, lighting systems, controls, and power distribution equipment.
路聽Performelectrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup activities.
路聽Coordinatework activities with Project Managers, Foremen, Superintendents, inspectors,vendors, subcontractors, and other trades.
路聽Monitorproject progress and proactively identify scheduling conflicts, materialshortages, or field issues.
路聽Ensureall installations meet RANDALL quality standards and project specifications.
路聽Mentorand train Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices on proper installationtechniques, productivity expectations, and safe work practices.
路聽Conductdaily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
路聽Utilizecompany technology to document field progress, complete reports, trackproductivity, and communicate project updates.
路聽Maintainclean, organized, and safe job sites.
路聽RepresentRANDALL professionally with customers, inspectors, owners, contractors, andteam members.

Desired Qualification Requirements andAttributes:
- 路聽JourneymanElectrician License (where required) or equivalent verifiable experience.
路聽Minimumof 7+ years of commercial electrical experience, including demonstratedleadership or crew supervision experience.
路聽Provenability to lead field personnel, coordinate workflow, and maintain projectproductivity.
路聽Thoroughknowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local buildingcodes.
路聽Strongunderstanding of commercial electrical construction methods, means, and bestpractices.
路聽Abilityto read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, one-linediagrams, and electrical schematics.
路聽聽Experiencecoordinating manpower, scheduling work activities, and managing fieldproductivity.
路聽Proficientwith tablets, smartphones, and construction management software for reporting,documentation, and communication.
路聽Strongtroubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
路聽Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
路聽Abilityto effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced constructionenvironment.
路聽Validdriver's license with an acceptable driving record.
路聽Abilityto pass all required pre-employment screenings, including background check anddrug screening.
路聽OSHA30 Certification preferred.
路聽CPR/FirstAid Certification preferred.
路聽Experienceworking on healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, industrial,aviation, or large commercial construction projects.
路聽Experienceoperating aerial lifts, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
路聽Demonstratedability to mentor and develop team members.
路聽Strongorganizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
路聽Highlevel of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
路聽Customer-focusedmindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional project results.
Physical Requirements:
Thisis primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job.聽 You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least聽50pounds聽and stand on your feet for several hours at a time.聽You must also be able to聽bend, stretch, crouch, andlift聽as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, seeand respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protectivegear.
