This role is critical to keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Paid Time Off after 1 year 5 paid holidays Medical and dental insurance after 60 days Stable, full-time position What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including mixers, ovens, conveyors, slicers, and packaging systems Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime Inspect equipment and address issues before they impact production Replace parts and complete mechanical and basic electrical repairs Support production during startups, changeovers, and breakdowns Use MaintainX to manage and complete work orders Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures Work with the production team to keep operations running QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA) Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment Working knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, relays, and basic controls Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Experience with VFDs, sensors, pneumatics, and motor controls Ability to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement solutions Basic welding, fabrication, or pipe work experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle physical tasks Requirements 18+ years old Evening shift availability (currently around 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, may vary) Must pass pre-employment drug screen Desired Experience 3+ years in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or food production Experience with PLC systems (troubleshooting or basic programming) Experience working with automated production or packaging equipment
