Summary:
The Marketing Manager serves as the primary Marketing point of contact for Northbridge University campuses across Florida and is responsible for driving the effective execution of campus marketing, brand, and institutional initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing - U.S. Operations, this role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, campus leadership, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring local needs and business priorities are addressed while remaining aligned with the University’s overall marketing strategy and growth objectives. The role requires regular engagement with campus teams across the state and occasional overnight travel to the Miami market to support campus initiatives, events, meetings, and other business priorities.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Marketing point of contact for Northbridge University’s Florida campuses, maintaining proactive communication with campus leadership to understand business needs, enrollment priorities, events, community opportunities, marketing challenges, and local market conditions.
- Translate campus needs and institutional priorities into coordinated marketing actions aligned with Northbridge University's U.S. marketing strategy, brand standards, and business growth objectives.
- Act as a brand keeper for Northbridge University, proactively reviewing, identifying, and correcting off-brand marketing execution and providing guidance to campus and internal stakeholders on appropriate use of the University's brand, messaging, visual identity, and marketing standards.
- Ensure consistency of the Northbridge University brand across campus marketing activities, events, community initiatives, signage, collateral, presentations, communications, promotional materials, and other consumer-facing touchpoints.
- Review marketing materials and campus-facing executions with exceptional attention to detail, identifying issues related to brand consistency, messaging, accuracy, offers, dates, links, program information, quality, and overall execution before release.
- Partner with campus leadership to develop and execute local marketing initiatives that support enrollment goals, community visibility, student engagement, program priorities, and institutional growth.
- Coordinate campus events, community activations, local partnerships, sponsorship executions, and other market-facing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Education/Experiences and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives and leading people.
- Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, campuses, field marketing, local marketing, or similarly complex stakeholder environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in brand management, integrated marketing, project management, events, community marketing, or related functions.
- Experience working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, external agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
