Are you an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist looking to take the next step in your career? Orlando Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist Sr. to join our team and play a key role in laboratory operations, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and team development.

What You'll Do:

✅ Perform and oversee complex laboratory testing and analysis
✅ Support quality management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts
✅ Assist with policy development, instrument evaluations, and competency programs
✅ Train and mentor laboratory team members
✅ Serve as a technical resource and assist with departmental leadership responsibilities
✅ Help ensure inspection readiness and operational excellence

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
✔ Completion of an approved clinical laboratory training internship
✔ Minimum of 3 years of Medical Laboratory Science experience
✔ Current Florida Medical Technologist License required
✔ ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification preferred
