SUMMARYÂ
Training Specialist IV is responsible for designing, developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees within an organization.  Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the training program. May provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Training Specialists within the organization.  Â

KEYÂ DUTIESÂ AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Â
The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level.Â
Analyze AR 700-127 and ADP 4-0 (Sustainment) to ensure training scenarios accurately reflect current Combat Sustainment tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Act as the primary liaison to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and operational units, conducting "Soldier Touchpoints" to validate that virtual trainers meet the Force Projection mission.
Create complex training scenarios and "digital twins" of logistical hubs (e.g., ports, railheads) for use in the Synthetic Training Environment (STE).
Identify staff operations relative to the deployment and employment of military combat, combat support, and/or combat service support units as they relate to the training and testing.
Participate in various materiel developer/combat developer events as a military doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures, staff operations, and deployment/employment of combat, combat support, and/or combat service support units Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring the combat developer requirements are understood by the materiel developer throughout the systems acquisition process.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.Â

EDUCATIONÂ AND EXPERIENCEÂ
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Â

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.  Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.Â
