Job Summary
The Regional Office Coordinator serves as the primary administrative operations coordinator for the assigned Attain Lake regional office. Working under the direction of the Office and Training Manager, this role oversees day-to-day office administration, leadership support, training coordination, transportation documentation, and regulatory readiness.
The Regional Office Coordinator collaborates closely with the Regional Director, Program Coordinators, Behavior Analysts, and Central Office departments to ensure efficient operations, deliver responsive customer service, and maintain strict compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Operations
- Manage day-to-day regional office operations, facility needs, office supplies, and administrative workflow.
- Deliver responsive customer service to clients, families, visitors, and internal team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems, office records, and vendor communications.
Leadership & Departmental Support
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Director, Program Coordinators, and Behavior Analysts.
- Act as a primary liaison between the regional office and Central Office departments to streamline communications and operational procedures.
Training Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate staff training schedules, onboarding logistics, and compliance tracking under the guidance of the Office and Training Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for employee training and certifications.
Transportation & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee and audit transportation documentation, vehicle logs, and compliance records.
- Support ongoing regulatory readiness, audit preparation, and quality assurance standards to ensure full compliance with organizational and state regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative, office coordination, or operations experience.
- Experience in a healthcare, human services, or behavioral health setting preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and record-keeping principles.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
