Are you a passionate healthcare leader with experience in Patient Access and Revenue Cycle operations? Orlando Health is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead and oversee patient access services across assigned locations with a combined net operating revenue exceeding $200 million.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop Patient Access teams
✅ Manage departmental operations, budgets, and performance metrics
✅ Drive process improvements and enhance patient and physician satisfaction
✅ Oversee staffing, coaching, performance management, and employee development
✅ Ensure compliance with Orlando Health policies, Joint Commission requirements, and industry standards
✅ Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and operational teams across the organization

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related experience
✔ 4+ years of Patient Access/Patient Financial Services experience
✔ 1+ year of supervisory, lead, or preceptor experience required
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
