Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Florida Innovation Tower - Orlando, FL 32804Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Doctoral Degree (M.D.)Job Shift: Flexible ScheduleJob Category: PhysicianPosition Summary: We are seeking a qualified Orthopedic Musculoskeletal Physician to join our practice with a sole focus on Florida Workers' Compensation patients. The ideal candidate may be a board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon, though non-surgical orthopedic musculoskeletal physicians with Workers Compensation experience are also encouraged to apply. This position offers a consistent Workers' Compensation patient base, strong administrative support, and an opportunity to focus on high-quality patient care without the complexity of mixed payer models.  Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic injuries related to workplace accidents Provide medical opinions consistent with Florida Workers' Compensation statutes Perform orthopedic surgeries as indicated (if applicable) Determine Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) and assign impairment ratings when appropriate Develop and manage treatment plans, including referrals for diagnostic testing or intreqeutic treatment Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation and reports Collaborate with case managers, employers, and legal representatives as required Qualifications MD or DO with completion of an accredited orthopedic residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (preferred) Active or eligible for Florida medical license Knowledge of impairment ratings and Workers Comp documentation standards Excellent communication and documentation skills  What We Offer Competitive compensation package Predictable Workers' Compensation caseload Administrative and scheduling support No general health insurance or personal injury cases Professional, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a CV and cover letter for confidential consideration.Qualifications
