Job Description

Summary:

Deliver food and beverages to guests in cabins and common areas.

As a Pizza Delivery, you will:

• Take guest orders by phone.
• Transport and deliver hot food per guidelines.
• Ensure timely and professional service.
• Handle payments (cash, credit, vouchers).
• Maintain delivery carts, vehicles, and work area.
• Follow all safety, security, and sanitation standards.
• Attend mandatory training and follow scheduling guidelines.
• Adhere to POS, cash handling, and guest service procedures.
• Assist with menu knowledge, sales techniques, and guest inquiries.
• Follow alcohol service, inventory, and vehicle security policies.

Qualifications

• Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License.
