Twin Med, LLC. is currently searching for a talented Receiving Clerk in our Distribution Center located in Orlando, FL .The successful applicant must be able to maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day warehouse operations, and provide impeccable customer service to our clients. General Duties:

  • Order Picking
  • Pallet wrapping
  • Loading Freight
  • Unloading Freight
  • Warehouse Cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • Ability to operate a reach truck and cherry picker
  • Required to frequently lift, slide, or stack cases that weigh up to 50-70 lbs safely
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead
  • Must be able to work under deadline pressure as organizational skills are the key to finding and providing merchandise quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all safety programs and required training; demonstrate behaviors with a clear safety focus for all employees and the community; engage in all plant initiatives, identify near miss incidents.
  • Safely operate forklifts to unload/load pallets and IBCs from/on trailers and containers.
  • Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into Scale/GP i.e. (received, goods issuing shipped materials)
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Scale/GP transactions.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts of inventory.
  • Perform job duties to satisfactory levels in support of the business and the team. This includes prompt arrival at start of shift and appropriate breaks.
  • Perform janitorial duties as assigned to maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning warehouse area regularly.
  • Operate motorized cart/forklift and perform other related job duties as required or requested by the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, read and write in English and understand numerical and alphabetical sequences.
  • 2+ years of Forklift experience.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Great Plains/Manhattan Scale a plus.
  • Current, valid US driver’s license.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Able to work in a safe work environment by complying with environmental, health and safety standards.
  • Able to work overtime as required including weekends.
  • Able to give and receive positive and constructive feedback in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Requires the ability to complete forms and utilize RF scanner-Manhattan Scale System.
  • This position requires lifting up to 70 pounds, spending significant periods of time each day engaged in physical labor.
  • Climb stairs and ladders
  • Be able to wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Stand 80% of the time

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years related warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a stock picker and/or forklift preferred. Must be certified as a forklift operator within 60 calendar days of start date.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Distribution industry preferred.
