Description
The receptionist/office assistant represents the organization in initial on-premises contact, providing routine information and direction to callers and visitors.
Requirements:
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Receives and directs visitors, clients, and applicants to proper individual.
- Schedules courier services to pick up and deliver documentation.
- Maintains internal logs for courier services, deliveries/pickups, and incoming packages.
- Performs general clerical duties such as typing (i.e., prepares envelopes for mailing).
- Keeps client beverage center coffee stations full and clean during the day.
- Prepares labels and packages for outgoing overnight pickup.
- Conference room scheduling.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, able to handle stressful situations and multi-tasking. Work Environment:
Must be able to handle stressful situations, multi-tasking, and working within reasonable time constraints to meet production schedules and budgets. Will work in a normal office environment. Professional office attire is required.
