Are you passionate about helping older adults live life to the fullest? We’re looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Resident Engagement Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll create meaningful experiences, plan engaging programs and outings, build lasting relationships with residents, and help make our community a place where people truly feel at home.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in senior living—such as an Activities Assistant, Resident Assistant, CNA, or Life Enrichment professional—who is ready to grow into a leadership role.

Bus driving experience is a plus, but not required.
