  • Conduct in-home consultations and roof evaluations with homeowners
  • Present and sell Metlok’s innovative roofing system with confidence and expertise
  • Educate customers on the long-term value, durability, and design advantages of our product
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through company leads and personal referrals
  • Prepare contracts and ensure accurate documentation
  • Deliver a high-end customer experience that reflects our premium brand

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (in-home sales preferred; roofing experience a plus)
  • Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to earn at a high level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate self-sourced opportunities in addition to company leads
  • Comfortable working at heights and completing roof assessments
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to undergo a background check upon hire
