Role Overview:
The Sales and Service Manager is a hybrid role, responsible for leading sales efforts while ensuring top-quality service delivery. This position is perfect for someone with a strong sales focus who also understands the value of excellent customer service and operational efficiency. You will lead by example, leading both sales and service, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership:

  • Provide Service Customers to identify and create sales opportunities
  • Conduct inspections, propose solutions, and close sales for residential pest control, termite, rodent, and crawlspace services
  • Drive branch revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Track and report daily sales activities and results
  • Motivate and coach the team to maximize productivity and achieve goals

Service Oversight:

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to all customers
  • Support Service Professionals with pest inspections, treatments, and customer service as needed
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professionalism, timely service, and effective communication
  • Oversee daily schedules to optimize efficiency and ensure timely arrival at all accounts
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Expectations:

  • Conduct 2–4 inspections per day and propose multiple solutions per inspection
  • Close 2–3 sales per day while maintaining excellent service standards
  • Attend & lead weekly company trainings and meetings
  • Uphold a clean, professional appearance and conduct at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to sell, close deals, and meet targets
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR check
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate crawlspaces and attics

A Day in the Life:

  • Split time between sales calls, inspections, and servicing customers
  • Engage with customers to create excellent first-impression experiences
  • Track sales performance and mentor service team to deliver results
  • Stay active in the field while enjoying fresh air and hands-on work
