What You'll Do

✅ Provide leadership and oversight in the absence of the Shift Captain
✅ Train and mentor Security Officers
✅ Assist with performance evaluations and staff development
✅ Respond to incidents and support de-escalation efforts
✅ Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high-stress situations
✅ Collaborate with patients, visitors, and staff to resolve concerns

Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Basic Microsoft Word skills for report writing
✔ 2+ years of security experience
✔ 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
✔ Ability to obtain a Florida Class "D" Security License within 120 days of hire
✔ Ability to obtain CPI Certification within 120 days of hire
✔ Ability to obtain IAHSS Basic Security Officer Certification (or higher) within 120 days of hire
