The Senior IT Manager works closely with executive leadership, software development, DevOps, operations, finance, cybersecurity, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions, manage risk, support business continuity, and drive ongoing improvement across IT services.  Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure, systems, applications, support processes, and technology governance to ensure reliable and secure business operations. Develop, maintain, and execute IT strategies, roadmaps, standards, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and operational priorities. Manage and mentor IT team members, contractors, and service providers, providing direction, workload prioritisation, coaching, performance oversight, and escalation support. Oversee incident, problem, change, release, access, asset, procurement, and lifecycle management processes to minimise business disruption and improve service quality. Manage IT projects, system upgrades, platform migrations, infrastructure improvements, application deployments, and business technology initiatives from planning through delivery. Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, access control, audit readiness, data protection, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements are embedded into IT operations and project delivery. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, software licensing, service performance, renewals, procurement activities, and third-party risk considerations. Monitor and report on IT service levels, system performance, project progress, operational risks, budgets, support trends, and key technology metrics for leadership visibility. Collaborate with software, DevOps, operations, finance, HR, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, secure, and scalable technology solutions. Maintain accurate IT documentation, policies, procedures, knowledge articles, asset records, architecture information, support processes, and operational runbooks.  QualificationsQualifications Required:  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including experience in IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, systems administration, project delivery, vendor management, or technology leadership. 3+ years of experience leading IT teams, managing technical resources, coordinating support functions, or overseeing cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, SaaS systems, endpoints, identity and access management, application support, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery practices. Experience managing IT projects, budgets, vendors, software licensing, contracts, procurement activities, service levels, and operational improvement initiatives. Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, vulnerability management, access controls, data protection, business continuity, and risk management. Familiarity with IT service management practices such as incident, problem, change, asset, configuration, request, and knowledge management. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, analytical, prioritisation, risk management, and problem-solving skills.  Work Environment: In-office.Â
