We're excited to partner with 4 Rivers Smokehouse and bring this beloved Central Florida barbecue brand to Orlando International Airport (MCO). As we prepare for our August 2026 Grand Opening, we're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Server Assistants to help create an exceptional dining experience for travelers from around the world.   What You'll Do  Assist servers by delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently. Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment. Refill beverages, condiments, and guest supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure seamless service. Provide outstanding hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.  What We're Looking For  Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Dependable, reliable, and eager to learn. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
