We are looking for energetic and dependable leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating a positive team environment.   WHAT YOU’LL DO   • Lead and support team members throughout each shift • Create an exceptional Starbucks experience for every guest • Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth shift operations • Coach team members and reinforce service and quality standards • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards • Assist with opening and closing responsibilities • Handle cash accurately and follow all company procedures   WHAT YOU’LL NEED   • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred • Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills • The ability to lead, motivate, and support a team • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays • The ability to meet all Orlando International Airport badging requirements   HIRING EVENT Date: Thursday, July 30, 2026 Time: 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Location: Cambria Hotel Orlando Airport Address: 7986 Conway Road, Orlando, FL 32812 Interviews will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
