Key Responsibilities: Manage daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics Ensure work meets plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and productivity Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, general contractors, consultants, and engineers Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements QualificationsQualifications: Previous Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman, or similar field leadership experience required Commercial waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, or building-envelope experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 30 certification required Experience with scaffolding, aerial lifts, rigging, swing stages, and fall protection preferred Valid driver’s license required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Shift 11pm-7am Apply today to join our team!
