Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping operations running efficiently? Orlando Health is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech II to support our healthcare teams by ensuring the right supplies are available at the right time. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting clinical departments, and helping deliver exceptional patient care through efficient supply chain operations.

 

What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech II, you will:

  • Manage inventory levels across assigned supply locations and warehouse areas.
  • Monitor, replenish, and rotate inventory while maintaining accurate par levels.
  • Identify excess, outdated, or slow-moving inventory and coordinate returns and credits.
  • Use handheld inventory devices to perform replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Create and maintain inventory bin locations and labeling systems.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while collaborating with Purchasing.
  • Receive, validate, and distribute shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse and supply areas.
  • Build strong working relationships with clinical departments to support patient care.
  • Assist with annual inventory counts and ongoing inventory audits.
  • Troubleshoot basic inventory management system issues.
  • Help train new team members and support continuous process improvements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal customers across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Two (2) years of warehouse, inventory management, or customer service experience.
    • OR
    • An Associate's degree may substitute for the required experience.
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or distribution environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
