We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team onsite in our Orlando, FL office. We offer a 9/80 work schedule and foster a professional, high-energy culture where employees are empowered to succeed. Responsibilities can include: Coordinates all activities to meet project cost, schedule, and performance of multiple assigned projects. Customer point of contact for external projects. Head project meetings and present project schedule and status to customers and management. Develop and manage risk assessment and risk mitigation plans through risk analysis. Assess & develop project feasibilities, project plans and compliance matrices. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Lead program teams and facilitate communication and interaction among the functional representatives. Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis. Track project allocation of resources, equipment, and materials Coordinate with customers, through marketing and sales, to provide necessary program status and obtain customer feedback. Occasional travel to customer sites and our international facilities may be required. Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications: B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or similar field at an accredited institution and five (5) years of experience in program / project management and ten (10) years of experience overall; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Must be authorized to work and reside in the US and must be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government to confirm with but not limited to U.S. export control regulations (ITAR), but not limited to U.S. export (ITAR) guidelines. CAPM or PMP certification (Preferred) Knowledge, Ability and Skills: Proven experience in customer service with a commitment to delivering a positive client experience Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate features and benefits effectively High attention to detail and quality focus in all aspects of work Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues Skilled in conflict resolution, maintaining professionalism under pressure Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MicroSoft Office Suite and Visual software Must be able tor read, write and speak fluent English Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve customer service processes
