Position Responsibilities:  

 

  • Utilize transportation management system to create and update load diagrams that promote operational efficiency and ensure safety standards are met 
  • Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting 
  • Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery 
  • Timely completion of Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation 
  • Daily execution of Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks in XRS to track and manage vehicle assignments effectively 
  • Conduct daily camera review processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity
  • Other projects or duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:  

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 3 plus years of related experience
