Vacation Specialist (Activations)

Join us and be involved in a team that brings future vacation dreams to life. The Activations Call Agent contacts our guests who have purchased a pre-paid vacation packages and assist them in making their travel arrangements. You will use sales strategies to provide recommendations that meet guests' expectations and apply innovative problem-solving skills to give advice and enhance the guest experience.

Available work schedules (Monday to Friday, one Saturday per month):
·    AM – 9:00am – 5:00pm
·    MID – 11:00am – 7:00pm
·    PM – 1:30pm to 9:30pm
