Job Title: Warehouse and Provisioning Technician
Status: Full-Time/ Non-Exempt
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Location: Central Florida
Position Summary:
The Warehouse and Provisioning Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by receiving, testing, and preparing equipment and materials for deployment. This position involves a combination of standard warehouse tasks and specialized provisioning duties, ensuring that our technological solutions are ready for customer use.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provisioning Tasks:
路 Test and prepare customer premise equipment (CPE) for reissue based on current and upcoming needs.
路 Stock tested/repaired equipment for deployment.
Standard Warehouse Tasks:
路 Unload freight using the forklift and stock incoming items.
路 Receive, label, and stock freight and packages.
路 Report receiving receipts for invoice payment approval.
路 Process returns and order requests from technicians, storefronts, and Contractors.
路 Prepare and ship packages and freight.
路 Load freight into trucks using the forklift.
路 Perform cycle counts and annual inventories.
路 Monitor inventory levels of non-inventory items such as remote controls and power cords.
路 Help maintain rain protection solutions for items stored outside.
路 Maintain compliance with fire and OSHA regulations.
路 All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
路 High School Diploma required.
路 2-5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
路 Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
路 Forklift certification preferred.
路 Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
路 Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
路 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
路 Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
路 Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
路 Clean driving record required.
