We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our ABMS DI Network program located in Orlando, FL.  Our Team supports the Department of Air Force (DAF) Battle Network and supporting infrastructure. The Logistics Analyst will be involved in day to day activities and strategic long-term maturation of complex systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform the shipment of kits, COMSEC and Classified equipment ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Prepare and process property-transfer documentation in accordance with approved direction and established procedures.
Identify Kit, Hardware maintenance issues and reports to Logistics Analyst
Identifies reorder points, recommended spares based off stock levels
Identifies required materials for Warehouse functions
Provide management ad hoc status on warehouse stocking levels and status of material
Provide inventory status, stock-level information, and material availability updates to the Logistics Analyst as required.
Conduct daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and organization of goods and kits
Performs work within Logistics Inventory Management Database for capturing inventory stock, Cyclic Inventories, Shipping & Receiving, fulfill order requests
Collaborating with Procurement, Engineering, Logistics & Product Support Teams
Verify daily tracking of incoming and outgoing shipment to avoid delays and loss of property in transit
Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain shipment documentation to support timely delivery and property accountability.
Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Resolve any issues related to shipments, storage, or warehouse operations swiftly and effectively
Generates Logistics reports through multiple databases such as Power BI, Oracle, Cognos and Cost Point
Ensure compliance with company policies, ITAR regulations, hazmat shipping requirements, and other industry standards
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma with 3-5 years of related experience
US Citizen; Currently possessing an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to a Top Secret clearance upon hire.
Experience preparing and packaging kitted assets for shipment in accordance with contractual or customer requirements.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and DoD material handling standards.
Experience conducting inventory audits and cycle counts.
Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and track assets through warehouse management systems.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
Experience handling and managing IT equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of ITAR, Customs regulations, or hazardous materials handling.
Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
Ability to safely lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Previous DoD contractor or military logistics experience.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with international trade policies related to export/import shipments.
Experience with shipment tracking and reporting.
Prior experience supporting ABMS, ABMS/JADC2, or similar DoD programs.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
