Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and team performance. This position leads staff, monitors operational efficiency, and ensures all processes meet organizational standards for safety, quality, and productivity. The Environmental Facilities Health & Safety (EHS) is responsible for implementing and managing EHS compliance for the Orlando Florida facility as well as overseeing the daily maintenance and efficiency of the company facilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
  • Works alongside warehouse staff to complete tasks, demonstrating proper procedures and maintaining productivity standards, and adjusts daily work duties based on operational needs
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, enforcing safety protocols and addressing hazards promptly
  • Supports continuous improvement by identifying operational issues and recommending process enhancements.
  • Communicates effectively with management, purchasing, planning, and production teams to coordinate material flow and resolve issues.
  • Leads, trains, and mentors team members to ensure consistent performance, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Pull materials for production orders and ensure timely availability for manufacturing needs.
  • Update material locations and inventory records within Costpoint.
  • Process inventory project transfers and maintain proper traceability.
  • Issue replacement materials in accordance with NC (nonconformance) dispositions.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee EHS activities for manufacturing operations, including RF testing, operations, and hazardous materials handling.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to implement safe work practices.
  • Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, and communicate lessons learned.
  • Engage employees in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track and report EHS performance metrics (lagging and leading indicators) to site leadership.
  • Drive reduction in recordable incidents and environmental non-compliance events.
  • Support office moves, repairs, renovations
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness
  • Oversee preventative maintenance of equipment, electrical, HVAC and
  • Lead and supervise the warehouse team

 

 

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Good Math aptitude (adding, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • MS Windows, Excel, MRP/ERP (Costpoint, SAP, Oracle or any other).



Requirements:

  • Must have ERP/MRP transaction experience and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of EHS, OSHA
  • Familiarity with hazardous materials management, ergonomics, and radiation safety.
  • CSP, CIH, CFM, FMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
