Position Overview:

As a Window Washer at FCS Facility Services, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality window cleaning services to our clients. You will be responsible for washing and detailing windows of various sizes and types, using specialized equipment and techniques to achieve pristine results. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Window Cleaning:
  Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces, including windows, frames, tracks, and sills. Remove dirt, dust, water spots, and other debris to ensure a spotless, streak-free finish.

  Work at Heights:
  Perform cleaning duties using high lifts, ladders, and other access equipment. Must be comfortable and confident working at elevated heights.

  Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, extension poles, water-fed poles, and high-lift machinery.

  Attention to Detail:
  Ensure all glass surfaces are cleaned thoroughly and left clear and streak-free. Pay close attention to edges, corners, and finishing details.

  Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety procedures and airport regulations. Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to fall protection guidelines at all times.

  Teamwork and Communication:
  Work effectively with team members and communicate professionally with supervisors and airport personnel as needed.

  Qualifications:

  • Previous window cleaning or general cleaning experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and using high-lift equipment
  • Not afraid of heights
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (required for airport access)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.75 per hour

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
