Job DetailsJob Location: ORLANDO, FL 32827Salary Range: $30.00 - $40.00MAIN FUNCTION: The Mind-Body Zone Pilates Reformer Instructor is a key member of the Group Exercise and Programming Team within the Mind-Body Zone. The  instructor personally delivers Reformer classes at the highest level, to ensure a boutique-style class offering that provides the participants a world-class, highly motivating, and well-organized experience.  The ideal candidate will have a certification in Pilates Reformer and can lead dynamic apparatus focused workout routines using Balanced Body reformers with towers, ladder barrels and combo chairs.  We are looking for instructors with confidence in working with all levels of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner.   POSITION EXPECTATIONS: Applied Contributes to the culture within the Mind-Body Zone that promotes a culture of well-being for members and class participants; a warm, welcoming feel that motivates and inspires others to strive towards personal and collective transformation. Displays an expertise in class formatting, choreography, and management. Competent with providing programming for all appropriate age and ability levels. Commits to excellence by maintaining current certifications. Routinely contributes to maintaining a clean and sanitary studio environment; including sanitizing equipment after use, properly storing equipment, and notifying management if equipment repairs are needed. General Routinely achieves a high-level of organizational alignment, plays a vital role in realizing a Culture of Excellence and adheres to the IWP Code of Conduct. Accepts constructive criticism/direction and effectively changes own performance. QualificationsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED  HIRING REQUIREMENTS:   Current Pilates Reformer and Mat Certifications: Equipment and apparatus Minimum 3 years of Reformer teaching experience including but not limited to use of tower, combo chair, and barrel Experience with privates and group classes Intelligent, clear verbal cueing, and effective tactile cueing. Certifications such as, but not limited to:  Specialty class instruction certifications, BLS/AED Eligible to work in the United States No written disciplinary action within the last 12 months Pass Background Check   PREFERRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Passion for creating a culture of well-being and personal and collective transformation Excellent interpersonal skills needed for exemplary customer service; outgoing, friendly, and compassionate. Displays the characteristics of a skilled instructor; an enthusiasm for teaching, a passion for connecting with others, and the ability to consistently deliver elite-level performance. Experience in a boutique fitness studio setting Experience with rehab is appreciated Comprehensive Pilates Certification
