Position Overview

As a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA), you’ll play a key role in coordinating and assigning court reporters for client-requested proceedings across the country. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that blends scheduling, administrative support, and client communication.

This role requires current or prior experience as a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA).

You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure every assignment runs smoothly and efficiently. If you enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems on the fly, and delivering great customer service, you’ll thrive here.

Location: WFH – Must Live in Florida (Ft. Myers, Tampa, or Orlando)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Review, edit, and maintain the job calendar daily to ensure accuracy and coverage
  • Coordinate and assign court reporters based on client needs, availability, and requirements
  • Partner with internal teams to understand service requests and align on priorities
  • Communicate with clients and external court reporters via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
  • Monitor incoming requests and respond quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Support special projects and additional tasks as needed
