ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join world-class experts in finding answers to our customer’s toughest questions as our Senior Business Analytics Manager to lead the development of scalable reporting solutions, dimensional data models, and role-based dashboards that support enterprise-wide decision-making. This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency and develop long-term analytics capability, particularly in the context of our Salesforce, D365, and other business tools to enhance data driven strategy alignment throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

Analytics Strategy & Architecture:

  • Design and implement dimensional data models to support scalable reporting across functions.

  • Define and maintain data governance protocols and change management processes.

  • Own the roadmap for analytics maturity, from prototype to production-ready dashboards.

  • Lead the definition and documentation of complex integration requirements, including advanced case scenarios, end-to-end data flows, field-level mapping between applications and the establishment of robust sync frequency, conflict resolution, and governance frameworks.

Dashboard Development:

  • Build and iterate role-based dashboards using Power BI and other tools.

  • Partner with SMEs to translate business needs into actionable visualizations.

  • Ensure dashboards are documented, owned, and maintained post-deployment.

Data Integration:

  • Architect and oversee the configuration and optimization of Salesforce and other applications to support enterprise-scale integrations, ensuring alignment of data types, transformation logic, validation and automation (Flows), and the design of scalable fields, layouts, and record types for integrated data.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and compliance by designing and enforcing advanced profile, role, and permission set strategies, configuring secure Connected Apps (OAuth), and ensuring all integration activities adhere to company security and regulatory policies.

Training & Adoption:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that drive adoption and data literacy.

  • Create long-term enablement plans beyond initial rollout to ensure sustained usage.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the analytics liaison for cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Operations among others.

  • Funnel SME and other functional level needs to structure analytics initiatives and resolve root causes of reporting gaps.

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by management to support strategic initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in BI strategy, data modeling, and dashboard development that drives business growth.

  • Proficiency in Power BI tools, Salesforce, D365, data analytics software, and SQL.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, change management, and enterprise reporting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with SMEs to proactively identify and solve systemic reporting challenges

  • Experience in manufacturing, diagnostics, or industrial technology sectors.

  • Familiarity with agile project management and iterative design.

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

  • Ability to approach complex business problems with a data-driven mindset.
