​​The Decision Advantage Business Area at Leidos has an opening for an experienced Secret cleared Systems Administrator in our Orlando, FL office.  Our team supports the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network and supporting infrastructure. The system administrator will be involved in day-to-day activities and strategic long-term maturation of complex systems. Details are as follows:Â
​Primary ResponsibilitiesÂ
​Support operation of a high-performance compute clusterÂ
​Investigate, diagnose, and resolve acute system faultsÂ
​Maintain software deploymentsÂ
​Maintain security complianceÂ
​Monitor and maintain hardwareÂ
​Interface with user support staffÂ
​Provide support to Tier and Tier 2 (including Domain Administration, System Administration, and Network Administration).Â
​Monitor and maintain smooth operation of computer systems, applications and user experience.Â
​Provide effective communication across multi-functional teams, stakeholders and end users.Â

​Basic Qualifications  Â
​Bachelors degree with 8 years' relevant experience; 6 years' experience with a Master’s Degree; 4 years with PhD. Will consider 4 years additional experience in lieu of degree.Â
Active and current Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance. ​Must be a U.S. citizen.
​Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and Linux systems proficiencyÂ
​Demonstrated knowledge and experience with file systemsÂ
​Demonstrated knowledge and experience with concepts of high-performance computing system operations, including cluster management, multi-user login environments, job scheduling, and networked file systemsÂ
​Demonstrated experience with MPI, high-speed low-latency network fabrics, parallel file systems, and/or GPUsÂ
​Demonstrated knowledge and experience with system security and maintaining compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)Â
​Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
​Â
​Preferred QualificationsÂ
​IAT Level II certificationÂ
​Red Hat Linux systems administration experienceÂ
​Demonstrated experience with Ansible and shell scriptingÂ
​Experience with Git and CICD PipelinesÂ

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
