Position Summary

The Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech I supports the daily operational and inventory needs throughout the organization while ensuring efficient supply distribution and excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain supply locations through organization, labeling, cleaning, stocking, and inventory assessment
  • Rotate dated stock and manage appropriate inventory levels
  • Monitor cleanliness and accuracy of supply areas and labeling
  • Assist with inventory validation and perpetual inventory processes
  • Use handheld devices for inventory tracking and departmental charge-outs
  • Pick and prepare re-stock, emergency, and rush orders
  • Respond to customer requests with Orlando Health’s commitment to excellence
  • Assist with waste disposal and warehouse organization
  • Support annual and bi-annual inventory counts
  • Maintain punctual and reliable attendance

Qualifications

Education & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred

Licensure

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • No prior experience required
