As a Parts Coordinator, you will be assisting the Service Director with daily activities to ensure departmental KPI’s are met. Conduct quarterly physical inventory to correct variances.  Process warranty claims with the manufacturer

Responsibilities

+       Placing orders with suppliers or vendors to obtain parts/supplies.

+       Create Purchase Orders & Transfers.

+       Working in ERP to create transfers of parts from inventory .

+       Verify shipments for quality & quantity against purchase orders.

+       Receive parts/Supplies into inventory by relevance and location.

+       Management of Technician’s car stock.

+       Work with dispatch to ensure parts are delivered on time.

+       Process warranty claims.

+       Document all warranty claims in progress.

+       Create RMA & RTV in system for machines under warranty.

+       Verify if parts are covered under warranty.

+       Conduct minimum quarterly inventory for accuracy.

+       Responsible to meet assigned KPI’s.

+       Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+       High School Diploma or equivalent.

+       Excellent written and oral communication skills.

+       Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

+       2 years’ administrative experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

+       Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

+       Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

+       Physical requirements: ability to bend, lift 50 pounds.

 

Preferred:

+       Experience managing inventory.

+       Experience working with vendors for inventory procurement.
