Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: FL #2 - Orlando, FL 32806Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $17.00Job Category: GroceryThe Meat Production Assistant reports to the BOH Meat Supervisor and is responsible for all BOH duties listed below. This position is the first step in becoming a BOH meat employee and learning a trade. Must be able to lift and move 50lb cases on a daily basis.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  Opening boxes and organizing beef and pork items in order of production lists for the cutting team. Keeping the meat cooler clean and tidy during production hours. Organizing cooler after production hours. Baling empty boxes produced from the cutting room. Making cardboard bales when machine is full. Routinely running trash for the meat department throughout the day. Daily cleaning of pans and racks. Nightly cleaning of the meat production area, cutting room, saws, and meat grinders.
