This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time Sr. Project Coordinator for our Orlando, FL office. Be involved in projects with our Buildings Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. 

Your Impact

  • Supports Project Management with contract administration
  • Works with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements
  • Prepares project related reports and analysis
  • Assists with document controls in support of the project execution from contracting through RFIs, submittals, and final close out
  • Coordinates and communicates with internal stakeholders including to provide timely and accurate information

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma  
  • 5+ years of experience, recently concentrated in an administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Word, Acrobat Pro, and generally the MS Office Suite
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work with virtual team members in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an administrative role for an engineering consulting firm
  • AS Degree
