Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about products, services, and current promotions
- Answer customer questions and help guide them through the process
- Assist with customer sign-ups, account updates, or service-related questions
- Represent clients professionally during customer interactions
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Learn basic customer service, communication, and sales support skills
- Work with the team to meet daily goals and support customer needs
- Attend paid training and team development meetings
- Maintain a positive, reliable, and professional attitude
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Must be able to work in person in Orlando, FL
- Must be able to work full-time
