- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer questions about products, services, and available options
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction information
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and customer service training
- Collaborate with team members to support daily goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working directly with customers
