Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
(Bilingual English & Spanish Required)
Multi-Skilled – Stable, Long-Term Role
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. This is a key role in our operation, requiring someone who is skilled, consistent, safety-focused, and takes pride in doing quality work every day.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift daily
- Pull and stage customer orders with accuracy
- Load and unload inbound and outbound materials
- Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Bundle, package, and prepare materials for delivery or pickup
- Support production and material handling tasks
- Assist with dispatch coordination as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and care in all order handling
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift (required)
- Warehouse experience with multiple functions (preferred)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic (very important)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
- Professional communication and respectful attitude
- Customer-service mindset when handling materials and orders
- Ability to work a consistent 40-hour schedule
Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Standard shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on role needs)
- Occasional Saturday work as needed, with a weekday off when scheduled
