Ira Toyota of Orleans  is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Professional to our team. With our state-of-the-art facility, unbeatable work environment, and industry-leading compensation, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive and reach new heights in your career.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and build rapport to understand vehicle needs and preferences
- Present, demonstrate, and test drive new and pre-owned vehicles
- Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Clearly explain pricing, features, and financing options
- Follow up with leads (phone, text, email) to generate and maintain pipeline
- Maintain strong product knowledge across inventory and current incentives
- Work closely with finance and management to finalize deals
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI through consistent communication
- Stay organized with CRM tools and accurately document customer interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Customer-Facing Sales Experience Required
- Automotive Sales Experience Preferred
- Professional Appearance
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License

The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $5,833 – $10,000/month
