Facilities and Yard Supervisor
Location: Orleans, IN
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Facilities and Yard Supervisor to oversee the upkeep, organization, and operational readiness of company facilities, yard areas, equipment storage locations, and support operations.
Facility and Property Maintenance
•   Maintain all company facilities and grounds in a safe, clean, and professional condition.
•   Organize and maintain the boneyard, storage lots, and other outdoor areas.
•   Ensure the storage buildings remain clean and orderly.
•   Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance for plumbing, HVAC systems, gutters, drains, and general building infrastructure.
Yard and Waste Management
•   Maintain dumpster locations and coordinate waste removal and rotation.
•   Ensure yard equipment, materials, and inventory are organized and accessible.
Operational Support
•   Assist with large-diameter CIPP liner operations including wetout, loading, installation, and transportation support.
•   Assist with building and modifying wide-load trailers used for oversized liner transportation.
•   Support wetout facilities, special projects, and facility improvement initiatives.
Equipment Operations
•   Operate forklifts and other facility equipment safely and efficiently.
•   Serve as backup lot forklift operator when needed.
Security and Access Monitoring
•   Assist with monitoring facility access and entrance gate traffic.
Qualifications
•   High school diploma or equivalent.
•   Experience in facility maintenance, construction, industrial operations, or related field.
•   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•   Valid driver's license.
•   Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
