The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep, organization, and operational readiness of the facility grounds and buildings, and for providing hands-on support to production and special projects. The Facilities Supervisor will also oversee our Facilities Laborer(s) who help carry out the required tasks.
Essential Job Accountabilities:Â
 Supervisor Responsibilities –
Assign, prioritize, and oversee daily tasks for the facilities laborer(s), ensuring work
is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
To Train the facilities laborer(s) on facility procedures, equipment uses, and safety
expectations, and hold the team to a consistent standard of quality and cleanliness.
Serve as the point of contact for facility upkeep and production/project support,
reporting status and needs to management.
 General Facilities Duties –
o Oversee yar & lot upkeep by clearing and breaking down accumulated material in
the boneyard to keep the boneyard and surrounding lot clean and organized.
o Keep the Hangar building and all facility buildings in good working order, including
plumbing, gutters, drains, HVAC, and general repairs and upkeep.
o Keep dumpsters organized and maintain them on a regular rotation schedule.
o Build wide trailers for hauling oversized liners.
o Assist with remote monitoring of entrance gate traAic (specific scope to be defined
as physical requirements are determined).
o Identify and report potential safety hazards, ensuring adherence to all safety
protocols and contributing to a safe work environment.
 Production Support –
o Assist the production lead with large-diameter liners, a physically demanding task
requiring reliable, capable help.
Assist with the wet out and installation of large liners.
o Provide help as needed at other wet outs, facilities, and special projects, supporting
production and management across a range of tasks.
ï‚· Equipment & Heavy Machine OperationÂ
o Operate the lot forklift as backup to the primary operator — for example, during
extended (12+ hour) outdoor large liner wet out shifts, during the primary operator's
absence, or for specialty lifts outside the primary operator's comfort level.
o Operate the truck(s) used to haul wide trailers and oversized liners between the
yard, wet out sites, and job sites, including safe loading, securement, and transport
of oversized loads.
Operate additional heavy equipment as needed to support yard, wet out, and
installation work, within the limits of training and certification.
Experience:Â
ï‚· Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role preferred.
ï‚· Experience with light maintenance tasks and physical labor.
ï‚· Valid forklift certification (required).
ï‚· Valid driver's license, CDL preferred
ï‚· Any additional heavy-equipment certifications would be a plus
