Key Responsibilities

Conduct general maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups.
Identify repair needs and communicate findings.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
Document work in Service Titan.

Requirements

HVAC certification from an accredited school or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Valid EPA card and Florida driver's license.

Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Must be able to commute to West Palm Beach, FL
