We are seeking a dependable and experienced Racquet Sports Maintenance Technician to join our team at Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club!
This position is responsible for the daily care, maintenance, and upkeep of our tennis and pickleball facilities, ensuring courts are safe, playable, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and care for Har-Tru clay tennis courts, including watering, rolling, grooming, dragging, leveling, and general court upkeep.
- Operate and maintain above-ground irrigation systems used for court maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of pickleball courts and facilities.
- Monitor court conditions and address issues related to surface quality, drainage, irrigation, and playability.
- Assist with seasonal preparation, repairs, and general facility maintenance as needed.
- Maintain equipment and tools used for racquet sports facility operations.
- Keep courts and surrounding areas clean, safe, and presentable.
- Follow established maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
- Work independently while also collaborating with management and other facility staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience maintaining Har-Tru tennis courts is required.
- Strong knowledge of above-ground irrigation systems and their operation.
- Experience with pickleball court maintenance.
- Knowledge of racquet sports facility maintenance and court preparation.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality playing surfaces.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials. Minimum 50lbs.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions.
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00 D.O.E
