YOUR ROLE AS A SALES ASSOCIATE:

In this full-time position, you'll greet customers with energy, guide them through product selections, and turn their needs into solutions that excite them. You'll use your product knowledge to recommend options, upsell when appropriate, and help drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Throughout your day, you'll handle transactions accurately, assist with inventory and stock management, and address customer questions or concerns professionally.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
• Basic math, cash-handling, and POS proficiency
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new products and systems
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 kg
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Vocational or college-level coursework in business, marketing, or a related field, previous retail, sales, or customer service experience, and experience handling cash, POS systems, or basic inventory tasks are a plus!
